  • Guest：衞生：小朋友泳池回来后，下午开始痒，晚上看腿上起红点，这点就足够一分了（医师看了直接就问是不是在泳池玩了…） 温泉：房间内的大概率不是温泉（个人经验判断），室外的还勉强，洗澡地方一股子尿骚味。 餐食：自助一般般，拉麪更是不行。 装修：很日式风格，有点北海道温泉酒店的影子，但也仅此而已。 服务：部分人员还行，部分冷漠，问个话爱答不理 总结：完全没必要住，实在想体验可以买个温泉票体验下足矣。
  • Guest：Начну с того, что очень не понравилось. Требуют разуваться в ультимативной форме и об этом в правилах не сказано. На входе в отель настойчиво просят надеть их отельные тапочки, когда ты с дороги с чемоданом с которым ни кто не спешит помогать и навесу разуваешься это портит все впечатление. Сам отель мне понравился, ванная в номере отличная, постель удобная. Не понравилось, что в номере мало света. Массаж в СПА не плохой, но за такую цену хотелось бы лучше. Рядом нет ни каких магазинов. Еда в ресторане на ужин дорогая и мне не понравилась, посчитали лишнее блюдо почти на плюс 300 юаней и когда я заметила просто убрали из счета. Очень не приятно, что нужно следить. В целом если отель улучшит сервис и уберет нелепые правила будет отлично.
